Abraham’s Son – Isaac’s Children: How Can They Be Happy?

September 17, 2014

Abraham had two sons. He fathered Ishmael with Hagar (Sarah’s servant) and ten years later Isaac was born of Sarah his wife when she was 96 years old. IMG_4933

Ishmael’s descendants are about one and a half billion in today’s population.

Isaac’s descendants are about 15 million in today’s population.

Why aren’t Isaac’s children happy? Content? Peaceful? Why century after century, they are at war with their neighbours in every part of the world in which they have lived?

God has sent more prophets to Abraham’s grandchildren through Isaac than to any other people on earth. Why? Why have the prophets of God failed with Isaac’s children?

There was Jacob, Joseph, Elijah, Job, Jonah, Moses, Aaron, David, Solomon, Ezra, Zachariah, John, and finally Jesus, and all failed in their mission to “help”, to “save” Isaac’s children.IMG_2682

Throughout history, Isaac’s children have wandered the earth, been kicked out of most countries, have been given their own country, and yet they continue to be unhappy, discontented, and peace-less. Why?

At the present time they are trying to annihilate Ishmael’s children – their cousins and neighbours – Abraham’s grandchildren. Why? They certainly have more of the material world than their cousins and neighbours.MINOLTA DIGITAL CAMERA

How can Isaac’s children be happy? They will never be happy! They have to learn to be content with what God has given them, and cleanse their souls of greed and hate and war and discontent and distrust and all the diseases that are destroying their very souls.

Perhaps Jesus, our Messiah, will cleanse their hearts, heads and souls when he returns and brings changes for all of us. Until then Isaac’s children will never be happy, content or live in peace anywhere in this world. Please our Messiah – come soon!
